WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TURNAROUNDS?
All orders are shipped from Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.
Orders marked as 'in stock' are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
If you need your cards by a specific date, please email us immediately. We also recommend upgrading to Express Shipping at checkout.
At this stage, we are not offering pre-orders for out-of-stock products.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer a $10.95 flat rate for all standard shipping within Australia. You can upgrade to Express Shipping at your expense.
We also offer Free Shipping for all Australian orders over $90.00!
We use Australia Post with tracking included as standard; your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Not at this stage. We are currently focused on serving our Australian customers.
However, please reach out to us if you are interested, as it helps us gauge the viability of expanding our international service in the future!
DO YOU OFFER 'CLICK AND COLLECT'?
Yes! If you live in the Bendigo region, select 'Click & Collect' at checkout to save on postage. We will contact you directly to arrange a safe collection time.
Returns Information
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Wolfe & Fox Co. does not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, so please choose your sets carefully.
In the unlikely event that your order was damaged in transit, please contact us with photos and a description within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can assist.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE HAS FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS?
We take great care in production and packing. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with a quick photo, and we will happily exchange or refund your product right away. Your satisfaction is my personal priority.
