We use Australia Post with tracking included as standard; your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Orders marked as 'in stock' are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
If you need your cards by a specific date, please email us immediately. We also recommend upgrading to Express Shipping at checkout.

Wolfe & Fox Co. does not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, so please choose your sets carefully.
In the unlikely event that your order was damaged in transit, please contact us with photos and a description within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can assist.

We take great care in production and packing. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with a quick photo, and we will happily exchange or refund your product right away. Your satisfaction is my personal priority.
Product, Materials & Sustainability
Our cards are printed on FSC-certified 350 GSM cardstock (high-quality, ethically sourced paper).
They feature rounded edges and a matte laminate finish, which is also biodegradable.
The inks used are mostly water-based and ecologically friendly.
We use sustainable materials wherever possible:
Sleeves: Made from 350 GSM cardboard.
Magnetic Boxes: Made from 1800 GSM rigid stock, composed of clean, wood-based, renewable, and biodegradable pulpwood.
The ink is also mostly water-based and ecologically friendly.
We chose the magnetic close box because it meets all our needs for durability and sustainability.
They are reusable, and the rigid stock is both recyclable and ultimately decomposable.
Key features include a secure closure to protect the cards, a clean, simple design, and durable construction to withstand wear and tear.
While our cards are spill-proof, they are not meant to be submerged.
To clean off dirt or spills, simply wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth (water only).
Allow them to air dry before storing them in their magnetic box.
Yes, absolutely! Every animal on our cards was meticulously chosen because high-quality figurines from trusted brands like CollectA and Schleich are widely available.

Research & Fact Checking
I use a strict vetting process, cross-referencing information from multiple authoritative scientific sources, databases, and research papers.
It is important to note that a lot of information is out there, and any two books, websites, or leading databases can all provide different answers (i.e., for the height or length of an animal).
Because of this inherent variability, I personally curate and average data from these multiple sources to ensure the numbers I publish are the most reliable and generally accepted figures available. My commitment is to accuracy first.
