MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Before you enter, please read the terms and conditions below. Wolfe and Fox Co. (Wolfe & Fox) is pleased to conduct this monthly promotion. The monthly prize consists of a digital gift voucher to the value of $29.95, to redeem one set of Animal Educational Cards of your choice.
2. To enter, simply submit your email address using the giveaway pop-up or monthly subscription banner on the Wolfe & Fox website at www.wolfeandfox.com.au.
3. The giveaway is run each month, starting from December 2025, with one (1) winner announced each month. Applications open at 12.00am AEST on the first day of the calendar month and close at 11.59pm AEST on the last day of the calendar month, starting December 2025.
4. By entering our promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions, and acknowledge that:
   1. your personal information will be stored and handled according to our privacy policy; and
   2. your email address will be included in our mailing list. You can opt out at any time.
5. No purchase is required to enter.
6. Postage of prize is not included and must be covered by the entrant. 
7. The promotion is open only to residents of Australia who are over the age of 18 years. It excludes employees of Wolfe & Fox and their immediate families, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 
8. A maximum of one entry will be accepted per entrant. Any attempt to submit multiple entries will disqualify the entrant.
9. The monthly winner shall be drawn by the second week of the calendar month at Wolfe & Fox’s office using a random number generator. Wolfe & Fox will contact the winner regarding their prize for a digital gift voucher. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
10. If the prize remains unclaimed within seven working days of notifying the winner, it will be redrawn. The winner from the redraw will be notified by email within two days of the redraw.
11. Wolfe & Fox will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Wolfe & Fox reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value. 
    
12. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wolfe & Fox’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize. Wolfe & Fox reserves the right to cancel or extend this promotional giveaway at any time. 
13. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Wolfe & Fox are not liable for any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of the prize.
14. You acknowledge that the laws of the State of Victoria govern these terms and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria.
